Important Dates and Policies
Attendee cancellations must be submitted in writing by May 5, 2008 in order to receive a refund, less a $200 administrative fee. No refunds will be issued after May 5, 2008. There are no exceptions.
If you’d like to make changes, updates or substitutions to your registration, you can do so up to three business days prior to the event. Simply send an email to nucoevents@nuco.com or call 800.543.0874. Be sure to provide your Confirmation number and first and last name, exactly as it was entered when registering. Onsite substitutions are subject to a $50.00 administrative fee.
If you discover an error in your registration charges, adjustments need to be resolved within 30 days after the last day of the event. Failure to do so will result in a forfeit any adjustment due to you or your organization.
In the unlikely event that the conference would be cancelled, the total registration fee will be refunded. However, National Underwriter will not be responsible for any travel, hotel accommodations or other costs incurred.
Please note that speakers and topics were confirmed at the time of publishing, however, circumstances beyond the control of the organizers may necessitate substitutions, alterations or cancellations of the speakers and/or topics. As such, National Underwriter reserves the right to alter or modify speakers and/or topics.

If you are paying by credit card, please note the charge will appear on your credit card statement as The National Underwriter Company.

PLEASE NOTE: Your registration will not be confirmed until we receive your payment in full. If you choose to pay by check full payment must be received by the early bird deadline to secure the early-bird rate.

Registration Confirmation
When registering online, please be sure to provide us with an accurate email address. Registration confirmation and program updates will be communicated through email.
You should receive an email confirmation immediately following your submission. If you don’t receive one, please give us a call at 800.543.0874 and we’ll send it immediately upon request. Confirm your registration information immediately upon receipt.
Special Needs
We’ve made sure the facility we are in has total accessibility, and we will do whatever is needed to make attending the Conference as convenient as possible for all attendees. If you have a special need, please let us know on when registering. We will contact you before the Conference to make arrangements, if necessary.
